A salad of all different stories… working up the food pyramid…. pistachios, spinach, cucumbers, radish, lemon, avocado mash, mustard tuna fish, mayo, parsley, and toasted seaweed nori.
This wealth of abundant vegetables, nuts (good fats), herbal leaves, and seaweed nori are just amazing. So many flavors and reactions are absorbed while munching on this salad, whether it be adding avocado mash onto pieces of seaweed nori or whipping in mayo with crushed pistachios in the salad. Adding in baby spinach brings in such additional flavors of young and fresh sweetness rather than traditional spinach leaves.
So much to experience in just one salad!
