Flax Seed, Chia Seed, Cinnamon Pudding!

This was a fun, no brainer experiment!
Ingredients: dates, cinnamon, coconut butter, water, crushed cashews, and vanilla extract!

  • 1 cup cashews crushed
  • 4 cups water
  • 7 dates pitted
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons coconut butter
  • 4 teaspoons vanilla extract

Blend in blender

  • 1/2 cup flax/chia seeds

Whisk away

Fridge for an hour

Decorate pudding with a topping design of strawberries, berries, etc.
