Going vintage on a Sunday afternoon in “high tea” fashion. Two-tier or three-tier towers of classic sandwiches, mixed and matched, towering over a table for two with teacups and matching saucers all bring in the delicacy and cultural history of a traditional Sunday afternoon.

Tower items included not only but at least cream cheese cucumber sandwiches, dehydrated pear slices with sliced kiwi and sliced strawberries in their interiors, a strawberry, dehydrated orange slices, and orange slices with brie cheese spreads. (Oranges are of winter produce handpicked and shipped directly from the trees of Hale Groves in Florida.)
