Gimme some oven! This was a super-fun late night project as I could not figure out what to do with all my leftover, accidentally colorful veggies! Thus, I googled google on what to do with the food pyramid and color significance. This recipe so-totally caught my attention. I grabbed whole wheat mini pitas from the freezer and a low sodium tomato paste way in the back of my anti-carb cupboard as the missing link needed for a “flat” healthy pizza.
