I have always loved the tangy twist of energy and spritziness when quenching into a 🍋. Having a summer cocktail outside on a patio, with a twist of lemon on the rind of the glass paired with a piece of Atlantic salmon on a bed of sliced lemons is just grand. 🍋

The color of yellow is the brightest when closest to the horizon. It can be so captivating as a feeling of “summer-ness”, fulfillment of sunshine 🌞 ☀️, illuminating happiness, and lastly, new awakenings, following this pandemic.

Thus, I was captivated by baking healthy, low calorie, gluten free, colorful, zesty noshes!
