Found an excellent “easy and healthy” variation of traditional stuffing with Johnny Cake (cornmeal flatbread). Baked the flatbread in about 20 min. and then cubed them into pieces and back in the oven to get crispier.
I then realized that I did not have enough cubes for the stuffing for a total of 4 servings! I went into my parents freezer and found 2 poppy seed bagels. Defrosted them and cubed them up and popped them in the oven to get the crispy look!
Nat’s nosh tweaks: poppy seed bagels, everything bagel seasoning, and herb du Provence seasoning!
