The uniqueness and color experience was so cool as opposed to traditional hummus, baked salmon in tomato marinade or teriyaki sauce, and orange sweet potatoes!
What an eye-opener and a strange time for us to navigate, be resourceful, and to “see what’s out there”. Getting out of our comfort zone is truly a fortunate gift that we have if we have the drive and optimism in seeing a light at the end of this tunnel.
