Green Tea Crusted Salmon Tartines

This appetizing app is a great starter to kick off the “break the fast” dinner and slowly keep your hunger at ease with omega 3 nutrients for dinner! Instead of baking another 6 or 8 ounce piece of Atlantic salmon again, why not slice it up? I coated each slice in soy sauce and a seed mixture with green tea leaves and pepper. Baked 20 min and ready to go, warm or cooled!
